The practice will open in early June.
However, you can already pre-register. Click on the green ‘Register’ button on the homepage.
Once you have completed the registration form:
– We will process your data (securely).
– We will contact you by phone to arrange an introductory meeting (if necessary).
– Until we have received your medical records in full, you will still need to contact your previous GP if you have any questions.
